We are excited to host our Winter Wonderland event and aim to provide a wonderful experience for all participants. Please be aware that all sales for the event are generally non-refundable, with specific exceptions noted below.

 

No Refunds

• All sales for the Winter Wonderland event are final and non-refundable.

 

Refund Exceptions

• Event Cancellation Due to Severe Weather: If the Winter Wonderland event is canceled due to severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, lightening or thunderstorms), participants will receive a full refund of their sales. Notifications will be made via social media.
